About Tennessee Skills Coalition

The Tennessee Skills Coalition is a network of partners working to address policy barriers that keep employers from filling middle skills jobs, jobs that require some education beyond high school. This group includes more than 65 chambers, employers, community-based organizations, training providers, and public sector resource partners. Our mission is to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers by providing training and resources necessary for success. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, and that by investing in our workforce, we can strengthen communities and boost local economies. Join us in our mission to make skills training accessible to all.

We believe that every person has the potential to succeed, and that by providing the right tools and resources, we can help individuals achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
